Chris was an excellent and supportive professional throughout our home buying/selling experience. Quite literally the best realtor I have ever worked with. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable about the process (which proved super valuable from filling out the disclosure statement on our old home, to interpreting the appraisal report on our new home), but also very familiar with the area, so he was able to help us find exactly what we were looking for, and detail the tradeoffs we might need to make so we could better prioritize our search. On top of all of this, his consistent opptimistic outlook helped keep things on track and moving forward when we hit some of the inevitable bumps in the road. I am really thankful that we found Chris, and would recommend him to anyone.

Chris is a dedicated and fantastic real estate agent! He even called months after our sale to check in on how things were going. He truly cares about you as a buyer/seller. It is hard to find agents like that these days. Chris is also very handy so he gives great advise on what future projects look like on houses we were considering buying. Overall great experience!

Best agent I've ever worked with and that's saying a lot. A good agent and a good person. He earned every penny of his commission on this deal. This deal was on and off at least three times.Every time Chris reached out to the seller's agent and managed to keep the deal alive. He also arranged video tours, helped arrange inspections and kept in nearly daily contact. I give Chris my highest recommendation as an agent.

Honest and true to his word , extremely knowledgeable and very trustworthy, something that is in short supply with realtors ! We searched for more than 5 months and Chris never got sick of us, as we were quite demanding at times . I highly recommend Chris !

We would give Chris 6 stars if we could. Chris is very easy to work with, and went above and beyond from the first day we met after being connected through Zillow. The first time we met, we had a list of 5 properties to see, hoping to get into few - but he got us into all of them and more on very short notice. As our search progressed, he showed us a wide variety of properties based on our requests, and got to know us personally to help us make the best selection for us. He is an excellent and timely communicator. When we made an offer, we were out of state. Chris was indispensable; he set up and attended all of the inspections on our behalf. He spoke to us regularly, and sent photos and videos to help us feel like we were there. Chris shared his extensive background knowledge of real estate and construction, which helped us feel confident with him as our eyes and ears on site while we were away. He worked diligently to get and keep everything in order as the deal progressed - no small feat with a transaction of this complexity. We feel extremely grateful to have had this opportunity to work with Chris and get to know him as a person and an outstanding real estate agent. We intend to stay in contact with him as our real estate professional and recommend him to others.

I had lost faith in realtors in general. Until Chris. This is a quality human being with a diverse background and a vast amount of understanding and motivation. We had quite specific goals in mind and Chris has helped us extensively. I would recommend Chris to anyone without hesitation, he was very knowledgeable though not overbearing. He is someone my wife and I felt comfortable with meeting even when I wasn't there. I am a high n mighty construction manager and Chris was able to find particular information about foundation reports, septic and wells with seeming ease.

When you contact an agent on zillow, you really have no control over who they will send you and there's some risk involved. However, we really hit the jackpot with Chris. He was patient and responsive, easily met with us within a day, worked with our unpredictable schedules. I met with him by myself several times and always felt comfortable and safe. He helped us through the closing process, booked professional cleaners to clear out the filth left by the previous owner, and even put in man hours himself to make our new home more move-in ready. Highly recommend working with Chris, and whenever we sell, we know who we will call.

Chris did a great job helping us with this process. He went along with our speed and made us feel comfortable the entire time. Chris and his team are great at communicating deadlines and had many recommendations during or inspection process which made us feel comfortable. Chris really listens to your needs and will make suggestions but still respect your choices above anything. It was a pleasure working with Chris and would do so again !
